The rotary table is used in industry as a feeding or storage device. When the table is rotated the placed product can be fed evenly to the next production line. Works perfect as an accumulation device.
The rotary table can also be used as a storage device at any stage of the production line. Working on this principle with additional distribution stages the output is accumulated until the further stages of production are freed up. Otherwise it can be used as an elementary storage device at the end of the line.
In a third case the rotary table can be used as a device for distributing unequal production volumes. In this case a rotary table is inserted in the production line between two production processes in which the product is processed at different speeds. The rotary table can accumulate the output evenly and return it when the need arises. Or vice versa.
The rotary table can be programmed to rotate continuously or with stops at the required intervals and speeds.
The rotary table is made of food grade stainless steel. The surface of the table top is slick so it is easy to clean and the coefficient of friction with the product is low. The turntable is safe because it has emergency stop feature. Standard distributed load 150 kg, engine power 0.12 kW. Table height, width, rotation speed can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
